- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Fennel salt 1/2 tablespoon or other supreme spice mix
- Chicken stock powder low sodium 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tablespoon

Batter Mix
- Corn flour 130g
- Quality Self Raising Flour 70g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Fennel Salt 2 tsp
- Ice Water 260ml
