My name is Marcus Magnes, I'm the founder of Supreme Delish.

I'm an exceptional individual with a diverse range of experiences from Melbourne and Sydney, Australia, since 1985.

I'm a food inventor dedicated the last 10 years to food innovations, drawing on my background as a fine-dining chef of 30 years of experience with nutrition education.

I was born around family’s restaurant business since a child,

and completed a 4-year apprenticeship with a 3 chef hat restaurant.

In the 1st year of my apprenticeship, the starting hourly rate was $3.50 per hour salary based,

with weekly 10 to 15 hours of overtime of unpaid work, the old school fine dining way.

I worked my way up to 1 chef hat sous chef, few head chef roles, and hotel sous chef.

Also became a chef restaurant owner and did my share of travelling around the world.

10 years ago I have been diagnosed with permanent type 1 diabetes due to my past bad diet & obesity.

I have devoted myself to creating the best possible foods for diabetes, and the best post weight loss, Set Weight Diet.

I have successfully invented many game-changing culinary foods and concepts that were never existed in the hospitality industry and home cookery, is all for a new world's best Diabetes and Set Weight Diet.

Our content is divided into two Supreme Course Platforms: Supreme Delish and Supreme Cookery.

Cookery is a diet with calorie counting, and Delish is a foodie platform, both have the low-carb dieting option for diabetes and Set Weight Diet.

With the current high cost of living, food can be a disadvantage for many people.

While there are many free food websites that offer free recipes and cooking advice, that's not what we're about.

Supreme Delish is for people who want to upgrade their food to a higher status, who want to have the best possible quality and taste at home, who wants quality over quantity,

also to stay at their same body weight preventing obesity or managing diabetes lifestyle.

Our content is delivered from courses, is easy to learn, is design to increase members’ capacity of home cooking and food know-how.
