I'm an exceptional individual with a diverse range of experiences from Melbourne and Sydney, Australia, since 1985.

I'm a food inventor dedicated the last 10 years to food innovations, drawing on my background as a fine-dining chef of 29 years of experience with nutrition education, and a former restaurant owner.

I have successfully invented many game-changing culinary foods that were never available to the public and the hospitality industry.

Our content is divided into two Supreme brands: Supreme Delish and Supreme Cookery.

Cookery is a diet with calorie counting, and Delish is a foodie platform.

With the current high cost of living, food can be a disadvantage for many people.
Supreme Delish is a platform designed to help people learn and improve their home cooking skills.

While there are many free food websites that offer free recipes and cooking advice, that's not what we're about.

Supreme Delish is for people who want to upgrade their food to a higher status, who want to have the best possible quality and taste of food to enjoy as a lifelong lifestyle.
