Our content delivery is different from the regular course format, which commonly instructs learners to follow each chapter.

Learners can choose what they prefer to learn, 100% at their own pace, taste, and budget.

2) Immersive:

To be successfuly learn food nutrition and set weight dieting, learners will need to learn some basic nutrition fundamentals, also our company's new design No.1 Nutrition.

Learning nutrition is confusing and can be less interesting than trying to cook nice food, we advise learners to complete the core nutrition theory at some stage if they wish to be on a set weight diet, learning calorie counting and BMR is required for set weight dieting.

Food nutrition is a large field of content to cover, many people takes couple years to really master it, deep dive learning concept is to learn the core nutrition which is a short theory module, than add on more nutrition knowledge as members cook each recipe, this way is a gradual knowledge-building journey, rather than trying to learn everything at once, many find it too difficult to learn nutrition.

Many people when joining a new website will experience disorientation from so much new content, just navigating and browsing the website can create confusion and unsuccessful cooking results.

Our recipes is labeled with Tags of grade/ratings.

When members come to selecting what to make, can browse the website or by using the search bar, to enter tags or key words, is much easier for decision-making.

Tag Grades in order from the top to the least:

1) No.1 Range (No.1), 4.8 to 5

2) Expert Range (E) 4.5 to 4.8

3) Reward Range (R) 4.2 to 4.5

4) Quick Hit Range (QH) 4 to 4.2

Deep dive learning is designed to give learners the freedom to do things at their own desire.

We advise new learners to begin at their desire regin of food, start with the No. 1 or expert range, and than experiement with other regions of flavours and taste, is all about having successful cooks and learning gradually towards an expert skill set, start with a small win at a time, and consistency will follow, overtime a large variety of experiences accumulate members to a status of a foodie or healthy foodie, the more elite.
