Deep frying intro

Deep frying is a cooking method where food is submerged in hot oil, typically at temperatures between 325°F (163°C) and 375°F (190°C). The high heat quickly cooks the food, creating a crispy outer layer while keeping the inside moist and tender.
However to make delicious fried chicken for a sample is not as simple as it sounds.
There are many different cultures that prepare fried chicken in their own way. At Supreme, we have developed a unique breading and preparation method to produce very high quality fried foods.

Key Aspects When Deep Frying

🌡️ Temperature Control: Too hot, and food burns outside while staying raw inside; too low, and food absorbs excess oil, making it greasy.
🧊 Avoid Water: Water and hot oil don’t mix—moisture causes dangerous splattering.
🥄 Batch Cooking: Fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.
🛑 Safety First: Use a deep fryer or heavy pot with a thermometer; never leave hot oil unattended.
