Mushroom Sauce

Mushroom Sauce is very popular with steaks and chicken dishes, many people use cream to make their sauce, but cream goes with chicken, not so well with steaks, lamb, our approach to mushroom sauce is no cream, using cup or button mushrooms with a medium-bodied brown sauce, lovely notes of porcini mushroom and red wine butter.

Goes well with steaks, pork chops, lamb and roasted chicken.

Ingredients

- Brown Sauce 500g
- Dry porcini mushrooms 10g with 100g of water soaked
- Cup Mushroom 200g
- Cream 2 tablespoons, optional to taste

-Cornflour slurry 2 tablespoons to equal the amount of water
- Butter 100g
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Stevia 1/4 teaspoon
