BBQ Glaze is a universal sauce for your bbq meals, for people not wanting to use tomato ketchup or bbq sauce from the bottle, is defiantly a higher class above, it bring your bbq meats all together with sides as one greater meal.

It adds a more gourmet vibe and taste to the bbq meal, rather than the commercial sauces from the plastic bottle.

Is too nice for a large bbq day out, is more for one long table at your own home on the weekends.

Goes well with most smoky bbq meats and Supreme Relish

Ingredients

- Brown sauce 340g

- Low sugar bbq sauce from the bottle 60g

- Cornflour slurry, 1.5 tablespoons with an equal amount of water

- Southern spice or the spice rub you are using 1 teaspoon

- Crack black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

- Sugar or stevia a pinch to taste
