Supreme Relish

Traditionally or in ancient times, relish is commonly used to preserve or pickle vegetables and serve with meats, relish is a classic and still eaten today.
The approach to making this relish is to pack in smoky flavors, which will add additional umami and character, when preparing this recipe, ensure to follow the instructions for that smoky result.
You will taste rich capsicum, tomato, sweet, sour, savory, chilli and a smoky body, this recipe makes 1200g, great to have in the freezer or fridge handy.

A versatile relish it goes well with roast or bbq meats, seafood, chicken, lamb, pork, and steak sandwiches, it could be a saver when you are out of ideas or other sauces.

Tip: buy good quality red capsicum; discolored, hybrid cheaper capsicum flavors are not good for this relish.

Ingredients
- 3 Large red capsicum/bell peppers, 150cal
- Onions brown 500g, 200cal
- Garlic 6 cloves, 27cal
- Water 200ml water
- Supreme Tomato Sauce 250g, 107cal
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tablespoon, 5cal
- Smoked Paprika 1/2 tablespoon, 6cal
- Table Salt 1/2 tsp
- Hot chili powder 1/2 tsp optional
