Truffle Butter Sauce

Truffle butter sauce is cheaper sauce than the previous truffle sauce recipe, is lighter in truffle taste, but also very delicious, melt the butter over your meats and spoon over the brown sauce. It can be serve without the brown sauce as a compound butter, on shellfish, seafood dishes, pasta, and fried rice.

Truffle butter is versatile, if you like truffle flavour this recipe is a performer and a keeper.
