Tarragon Butter Sauce

Tarragon is a fragrant herb with a distinctive sweet, slightly licorice-like flavour, is popular in French and Western cooking. This butter is great for preserving the fresh herb into the compound butter and storing it in the freezer, you can enjoy the fresh herb taste as you want it for months.

Tarragon butter sauce is great with roast chicken, melt the butter over the chicken and spoon you brown sauce over it.

Can serve without brown sauce with seafood such as half-shell scallops, oysters, fish and prawns.

Goes well with chicken, boiled green vegetables, and seafood.

- Tarragon picked 25g
- Chives, finely chopped 15-20g
- Parsley picked 15g
- Table Salt 1/2 tsp
